Dr. Amina Gilyard James is a published writer, international speaker, and Founder of INFLUENCE by AG-- a consultancy that empowers people to use their unique talents to influence authentically. She earned a doctorate in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University with her dissertation research focusing on the positive professional identity construction of Black women executives. Dr. James is also a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach and Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). She has been recognized by the Washington Wizards as an Outstanding Community Leader in Health & Wellness and awarded the 40 under 40 award by the Leadership Center for Excellence.
