Every other day there's a news article about the "confidence gap" between men and women. Confidence is the key to personal and professional success, but women aren't taught how to create it. In this keynote I teach women how to identify internalized socialization in their self-critical thoughts and how to literally rewire their brains in order to produce authentic self-confidence and blow their own minds with what they can achieve at work and beyond.
