As you go through different transitions, in order to maintain your sense of self and sanity you will need to create new boundaries or reevaluate existing boundaries. Setting boundaries also sometimes looks like filtering out the people who no longer serve you and seeking out the people who compliment where you are in life right now.
Participants will learn how to identify their needs, set clear expectations, and create healthy boundaries to maintain sense of self and sanity. Participants will learn how to reevaluate and shift existing boundaries.
