When we hear the word "fear" we tend to think of things that scare us and therefore inhibit us from doing certain tasks. I want to challenge women to see fear as something that empowers them. In this workshop, I will restructure fear into the phrase "Face Everything and Rise" where I will teach social emotional skills to help the audience process emotions and adversities. I'll push the audience to take a step further by using our experiences as catalysts to charge towards the things we tend to stray away from. This will be accomplished by teaching them how to feel their emotions in a healthy way, learn to articulate their thoughts/feelings, and react to turn their set back into comebacks.
