Alexandra Howley is a Program Manager at The American Association of University Women (AAUW) focused on scaling AAUW’s Pay Equity Programs (Work Smart, Work Smart Online, and Start Smart). She manages the organization’s city and state-based initiatives, including partnerships with Boston, San Francisco, Massachusetts, Kansas, Missouri, and DC.
Prior to joining AAUW, Alex worked in the tech sector running events and marketing. She is now leveraging those skills to help increase awareness and access to AAUW’s programs. Alex is committed to building community, creating spaces for women and non-binary people, and increasing equity for underrepresented groups.
