Zoe Silverman leads the People Team at Yesware, a Boston-based SaaS company. After 6 years of helping grow this startup from its early days, there are many things she is proud of, but her most proud accomplishment was when helping get the organization to a 50/50 gender split in 2018. In addition to hiring great people, Zoe is most excited about building an inclusive culture and being an active member of the Boston "people nerds" community. She graduated from the University of Richmond with degrees in Sociology, Leadership Studies, and Women, Gender & Sexuality Studies and loves seeing her academic background come to life in the real world.
